A good place to startYour store has a lot to offer. Let's put it online.

01 Your website

Give customers a reason
to make the drive.

Your regulars know what makes your store worth the trip. Someone finding you online should see it, too. Start with a useful website, then add the tools your business needs.

Show what you do well.

If you deliver feed, put that service where people will see it. Give your products and local know-how a proper home online.

Take the order online.

Let a regular order their usual feed after closing time. Offer pickup or local delivery according to the way your store operates.

POS & CRM: In Development

Offer online ordering, delivery and loyalty while keeping the local expertise people come to you for. Your website is the first step. We're also building software to bring the register and back office together.

These are the workflows we're building toward. Website packages are available now; our own POS and CRM are not yet available.

A register that knows
how you sell feed.

A bag isn't a ton, and a loose pound isn't a bag. Our point-of-sale system is being built around those differences, with flexible units and customer-specific pricing.

The planned scope includes quotes that become orders, returns, and farm charge accounts with statements. A delivery ticket should carry the order through to the invoice without someone typing it all again.

Know what's here.
Know what needs ordering.

Stock counts should change when you sell or receive a load. We're planning connected purchasing and receiving, with vendor catalogs and reorder tools that help you prepare before the busy season.

Sales and margin reports belong alongside that information. See what's moving and where costs have changed, then make the next buying decision with the numbers in front of you.

Remember the customer.
Don't rely on memory.

Keep customer information and follow-up in one place. If someone buys poultry feed every spring, you can reach them before Chick Days instead of hoping they see a Facebook post.

That's the purpose of the CRM, your customer-management system. We're building toward purchase history, useful notes and follow-up reminders tied to the customer, with permission-based outreach when there's something worth telling them.

The order doesn't end
at the register.

For stores that deliver, we're planning delivery tickets, recurring orders and customer account access. Customers should be able to see what they ordered and what they owe.

We'll review your existing payment processor and software before proposing a connection. You don't have to replace a working register to get a better website now.

Talk About Your Store Tools

Stop building statements
from a stack of receipts.

A month's feed deliveries should become one clear statement. We're planning house accounts with automatic billing and online payment, so a customer can see the balance and settle it without a phone call.

Illustrative scene of a store owner and technology specialist at a back-office desk, with a saddle on its stand and tack on the wall.

One bill, one call.

That's the direction: your website, register, inventory and marketing supported by one partner who knows your store. The combined offering is still being built. We'll be clear about its scope and any separate processing charges.

Build something
you can hand over.

When it's time for someone else to take the reins, clean records and a clear history of online sales give them something concrete to review. Keep the business knowledge in the business, instead of only in your head.

05 Before the season gets here

Chick Days shouldn't
catch your website
by surprise.

Put the date in Google Calendar. Grow's seasonal campaign calendar gives that event a place in your marketing schedule, alongside the Facebook and email posts you manage from your dashboard.

Use the same space to plan a seed promotion or let customers know about a change to delivery hours. Review what's going out while there's still time to change it.

  1. Give regulars a heads-up.

Prepare an email for customers who asked to hear about poultry supplies.

  2. Put the details where people look.

Share your dates on Facebook and keep the website's event information current.

  3. Change the calendar.

Update the campaign schedule through the Google Calendar you already use.

03 Before we get started

Fair questions.

There's a person on the other end when you're ready to talk about the details.

Do I have to replace my current store software?

A website can be the first step on its own. If you want it connected to your existing software, we'll review your system and the connections it supports before recommending the setup.

Can I make changes to the website myself?

Yes. You'll have an admin control panel for routine updates. With a compatible POS or inventory connection, product prices can also update from the system you already use.

How does the seasonal campaign calendar work?

Grow includes a seasonal campaign calendar connected to your Google Calendar. Update an event there, such as your Chick Days dates, to keep the campaign schedule in step.

What does the chatbot's token allowance mean?

Tokens are the small pieces of text the AI reads and writes. The $10 monthly add-on includes 1 million tokens per day. Grow includes the chatbot with 5 million tokens per day. Additional usage costs $5 per million tokens. Conversation lengths vary, so a million tokens isn't a fixed number of customer chats.

What's the difference between monthly pricing and the Launch fee?

The Launch fee is paid once to get the site set up. The monthly amount is the ongoing subscription. We'll go through the package scope and any payment-provider charges with you before work starts.

Tell us where the day
gets harder than it should.

A website that doesn't bring in orders. Prices entered twice. Follow-up that gets put off until tomorrow. Let's start with the part you want to fix.
